分析優質振動電機裝配情況

  • 對于一臺優質旳振動電機而言,其實際裝配情況應該是科學嚴謹旳。只有裝配完善科學,振動電機才能發揮其更大更好的效果。在振動電機里,轉子通過轉軸和兩端的端蓋,通過軸承連接,端蓋和機座通過螺栓固定,才能完成轉動和固定部件之間的連接。在建模時,轉動的各部件之間通過關鍵點合并組合在一起,靜止部分端蓋和機座之間也是通過合并關鍵點連接,定子鐵芯和機殼之間通過禍合接觸面上所有節點的全部自由度實現的。對轉動部件和靜止部件的連接,是通過在兩端的軸承部位禍合徑向和軸向的自由度,保留周向自由度實現的。
    振動電機的底座需要通過配套旳螺栓和機架固定,振動電機底座兩個平面上振動電機在正常運行時,轉子以恒定的角速度157rad/s旋轉,而模態分析時是不考慮角速度的影響的,所以應該用帶預應力的模態分析方法。先對施加了底面約束,轉子加轉速的模型進行靜力分析,把轉子的轉動通過靜力分析轉換成應力加到模型上,然后再進行考慮預應力的模態分析。這樣做是允許它們有相對的轉動,但不能有相對的軸向和徑向運動。
